We are looking for a proactive Presales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging prospects, explaining project details, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure conversions. Key Responsibilities:Handle inquiries from potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and site visits. Understand client requirements and present suitable project offerings. Maintain lead database, follow-up regularly, and update CRM tools. Schedule and coordinate site visits, ensuring an excellent client experience. Support sales team with lead nurturing until deal closure. Maintain professional communication with clients to build trust and rapport. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred). 0–2 years of experience in presales, telecalling, customer handling, or real estate will be an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools. Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-oriented.
