We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our Poha mill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchases, sales, payments, and receipts, handling bank reconciliations, and ensuring proper follow-up on outstanding dues. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Manager to oversee and manage the overall operations of our Poha factory. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in mill management, demonstrate leadership and ownership skills, and ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective factory operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Production & Operations Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily factory operations to meet production targets. Ensure proper functioning of all machinery, equipment, and utilities. Monitor production efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce wastage. Ensure adherence to production schedules and maintain consistent product quality. 2. Quality Control & Compliance Implement and monitor quality standards in processing and packing. Maintain hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance as per food industry norms. Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw material, processes, and finished goods. 3. Team Management Lead and supervise factory staff, assign duties, and monitor performance. Motivate and train team members to achieve departmental and factory goals. Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and basic HR responsibilities within the factory. 4. Inventory & Material Handling Monitor raw material inward (paddy/poha) and finished goods dispatch. Coordinate with warehouse/godown staff for proper storage and stock management. Track material usage, reduce wastage, and control pilferage. 5.
