We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our Poha mill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchases, sales, payments, and receipts, handling bank reconciliations, and ensuring proper follow-up on outstanding dues. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Transactions: Daily billing and accounting of purchases and sales Record and process payments and receipts on time Maintain cash book and monitor daily cash flow Bank & Reconciliation: Regular bank reconciliations to match accounts and resolve discrepancies Accounts Management: Maintain up-to-date ledgers and account books Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable Generate regular reports on outstanding dues and coordinate for recovery Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate and organized financial records Ensure all accounting activities comply with internal policies and tax regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in a similar accounting role Working knowledge of Tally , Excel , or other accounting software Good understanding of GST , basic tax compliance, and invoice handling Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage priorities Preferred Qualities: Experience in manufacturing or food processing units is a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills for managing vendors/customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
