Key Competencies / Skill Set Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (HRMS, Payroll) and statutory compliance. Well-versed with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and related regulations. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills . Fluency in English and Regional Language (written & spoken). Teamwork & Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams , maintain discipline, and build positive relations at all levels. Problem Solving & Planning: Skilled in employee relations, grievance handling, and decision making . Capable of planning HR operations and compliance in line with plant goals. Change Management: Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in driving culture and process improvements . Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection Manage end-to-end hiring for factory manpower (staff, workmen, contract labour). Maintain resume database and manpower planning sheets. HR Policy & Compliance Implement and monitor HR policies and SOPs across departments. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Factory Act). Handle attendance, leave, and documentation processes efficiently. Performance Management & Succession Planning Support KRA/KPI setting, performance appraisals , and feedback process. Prepare succession and development plans for key positions. Compensation & Benefits Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory deductions. Coordinate with Accounts for timely salary disbursement and reports. Training & Development Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and organize technical, safety, and behavioral training. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records. HR MIS & Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports (manpower, attrition, attendance, productivity). Support HR audits, ISO audits, and management reviews. HR & Admin Operations Oversee induction, onboarding, and exit process . Manage housekeeping, canteen, security, vendor management, facility & travel . Maintain workplace discipline and ensure safe, clean, and compliant work environment .
