Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) from the healthcare or medical service industry who can build strong relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics to generate leads for our services — including Train Ambulance, Air Ambulance, and Home Healthcare. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions regularly to promote Save Life Care’s services. Identify and generate qualified leads for Train Ambulance, Air Ambulance, and Home Healthcare services. Build and maintain relationships with hospital management, doctors, and patient coordinators. Develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions, and report to the management team. Represent Save Life Care professionally and uphold our reputation for reliability and trust. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales (Healthcare / Medical Services preferred). Qualification: Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities.
