Job Summary: We seek a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), registered with ICAI, who has 23 years of professional experience handling financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and compliance. The candidate will be involved in preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial operations with accuracy and insights. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Accounting Prepare and analyze financial statements (including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statements) accurately and timely. Maintain accounting records and assist in financial closing processes. Auditing & Internal Controls Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure audit readiness. Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls. Tax Compliance & Advisory Prepare and file tax returns including GST, TDS, income tax, etc. in compliance with relevant regulations. Assist with tax planning and address income tax or GST notices. Budgeting & Financial Analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; help management interpret results. Provide insights for strategic decision-making and cost optimization. Compliance & Statutory Filings Ensure compliance with statutes such as Companies Act, ROC filings, EPF, ESI, etc., if applicable. Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax laws. Software & Tools Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Use of MIS, AIS, and reporting tools for financial monitoring. Communication & Collaboration Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal teams. Provide clear financial insights and advice to management and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Certified Chartered Accountant, member of ICAI . 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audits, taxation, or financial services. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Good time management, ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. High integrity and professionalism in handling financial data.
