Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to lead the development of our mobile apps. This is a greenfield project where you’ll shape the mobile experience for drivers, operators, and customers. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and product to ensure seamless integration across our multi-tenant, international-ready platform. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain mobile apps in Flutter for Android and iOS. Work with API endpoints built in Laravel to power mobile functionality. Develop UI that aligns with our design system (based on Tailwind/NuxtUI). Implement offline-first behavior and real-time job updates for drivers. Ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability of the app in varied network conditions. Collaborate with product and QA to define app features and ensure high usability. Write clean, maintainable, testable code and conduct code reviews. Requirements 2+ years experience with Flutter/Dart in production apps. Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and state management (e.g., Riverpod, Bloc). Experience with RESTful APIs and working with Laravel-based backends. Familiarity with mobile build/release processes (App Store, Google Play). Understanding of secure mobile development practices. Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team. Nice to Have Experience with transport, logistics, or scheduling apps. Knowledge of background task handling, push notifications, and location services. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic or GitHub Actions for mobile.
