About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our Car Rentals team. The role involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth booking assignments, and supporting day-to-day operations to deliver seamless service to customers. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors and drivers to manage bookings and fleet availability. Assign and monitor bookings to ensure timely execution. Handle vendor support, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently. Track trip performance and update booking status in the system. Assist in maintaining smooth operational workflows during peak hours. Escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
