Key Responsibilities: Oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Manage F&B staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs. Create and implement menus in collaboration with chefs and kitchen team. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed. Develop promotional strategies to boost revenue. Analyze sales and profitability data to make informed decisions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations (e.g., kitchen, events). Requirements: Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, health standards, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Proficiency in F&B management software is a plus.
