What We’re Looking For We’re hiring a student blockchain developer on a contract basis to help us build an experimental DeFi application on Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) . What You’ll Do Design and develop smart contracts and DeFi modules on ICP (Motoko or Rust). Collaborate with our core team to architect and ship a minimum viable product. Participate in weekly check-ins and showcase progress. Propose creative solutions to unique DeFi use cases in the Bitcoin and ICP ecosystem. Must-Have Qualifications Hands-on experience with smart contract development on ICP (Motoko or Rust). Past work (or side projects) in DeFi or blockchain protocols. Strong computer science fundamentals and ability to work independently. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier Indian college (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT, etc.) . Bonus Points For Prior experience building on EVM chains (Solidity). Hackathon wins or open-source contributions in the Web3 ecosystem. Ability to work US East Coast hours At least 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with proven success running paid ads on Google and Meta. Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and social content. Ability to conduct A/B testing and iterate based on data. Basic design knowledge (e.g., familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma).
