As a Manager - Outreach & Admission, you will lead a team of 3 plus members to drive 150 student enrollment for Rishihood University by conducting workshops, seminars, and career counseling sessions in schools and coaching centers. Reporting to the COO, you will handle the pipeline to generate leads through various verticals, maintain the admissions funnel, guide the team to nurture the students through the admission process, and ensure they make informed decisions. This role is key to expanding the university's reach, requiring strong communication, proactive engagement, and target-driven execution. Role & responsibilities Be the POC between the Satori Paths Private Limited, and the client, Rishihood University. Youll be representing the company in front of the clients. You’ll be representing the client in front of the schools and coaching centers to conduct outreach activities such as workshops and seminars in schools, coaching institutes, and relevant educational forums to generate student interest. You’ll be coordinating with the vendors, channel partners, consultants, etc. to finalise the MoU. You’ll be organising the team structure to work with maximum efficiency with focus on conducting 120 workshops and getting 150 admissions. You'll personally be responsible for getting 45 admissions. Make outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in Rishihood University’s programs. Provide detailed admission guidance, including course offerings, eligibility, scholarships, and career prospects. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture leads and convert inquiries into applications. Keep accurate records of student interactions, responses, and progress using CRM tools or Excel sheets. Assist in organizing webinars, campus visits, and career counseling sessions to engage students. Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach, follow-ups, and admission conversions. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline 3 Years of experience in running a team to facilitate admissions for a university Strong Negotiation skills Strong personality and presentability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong people management with prior experience Prior experience in admissions counseling, sales, or telecalling is a must Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Passion for higher education and student engagement.
