Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer care department. Ensure timely and effective handling of customer queries, complaints, and feedback. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Train, mentor, and supervise customer care executives. Monitor service levels (TAT, call quality, customer satisfaction scores). Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Prepare regular reports on customer care performance and improvements. Handle escalated complaints professionally and provide resolutions. Implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BCOM preferred). 1–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a managerial role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office & EXCEL. Salary Range (You can customize this) Based on experience, typically ₹15000 – ₹20,000 per month for mid-level in Kerala; in metro cities. Preferred Skills Multilingual capability (English, Hindi, Malayalam Knowledge of customer service metrics and KPIs. Ability to plan and execute customer retention strategies.
