Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAS Techno-Functional Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAS DI, ETL processes, SQL, SAS Visual Analytics (VA), and SAS Management Console (SMC), combined with excellent team management and client-facing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SAS professionals working on end-to-end SAS-based data integration and reporting solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and convert them into technical specifications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions. Perform hands-on development using SAS DI Studio, SQL, and ETL tools. Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using SAS VA. Manage SAS environments through SMC including user management, libraries, job scheduling, and performance monitoring. Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of deliverables. Collaborate with business stakeholders, understand their data needs, and provide techno-functional solutions. Ensure best practices are followed in coding, documentation, and deployment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Required Skills: 6-10 years of relevant experience in SAS technologies. Strong expertise in SAS DI Studio, ETL, and SQL. Hands-on experience in SAS VA and SMC. Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
