SAS Developer - Team Lead

As an experienced SAS Developer with expertise in SAS DI and SAS Visual Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing end-to-end project delivery for the Mumbai Project. Your role will involve requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of SAS developers/programmers. - Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SAS DI Studio and SAS Visual Analytics (VA). - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards. - Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations. - Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAS processes. - Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration of solutions. Required Skills & Experience: - 5 to 8 years of experience as a SAS Programmer / Developer. - Hands-on experience with SAS Data Integration Studio (DI) and SAS Visual Analytics (VA). - Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. - Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts. - Prior experience in leading a team of developers/programmers. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
