We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Supervisor to oversee our ongoing construction projects. The supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality work, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with engineers, workers, and vendors. ANUSHKA CONSTRUCTION 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily construction site activities. Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Supervise labour, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. Check and verify materials delivered to the site. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor site safety and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Resolve on-site issues and provide quick solutions. Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the management team. Ensure proper usage of tools, machinery, and materials. Inspect ongoing work to ensure it follows the drawings and technical specifications. 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 6–1 years experience as a Construction Supervisor. Strong knowledge of civil construction works. Ability to manage labour teams and handle site challenges. Good communication and reporting skills. Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards. Ability to read site drawings (preferred).
