Company Description Sarthak Educational Trust, founded by Dr. Jitender Aggarwal in July 2008, aims to empower people with disabilities by providing sustainable employment opportunities. Inspired by Dr. Aggarwal’s personal journey, Sarthak is dedicated to creating an inclusive India with equal dignity and respect for Divyangjans. Over the past 14 years, Sarthak has been committedly working to support people with disabilities, their families, and communities. Today, Sarthak is recognized as a young yet successful NGO focused on mainstreaming persons with disabilities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Hyderabad. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, manage staff, ensure the delivery of programs and services, and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications \n Experience in managing operations and leading a team Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders Proficiency in managing and coordinating programs and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, or related field Experience in the NGO sector and working with people with disabilities is a plus
