Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Inbound Customer Service Representative located in Nagercoil. The representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide support and information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes documenting interactions, following up on customer queries, maintaining records, and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in managing Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
