The Senior Engineer will manage and oversee engineering tasks, develop project designs, lead teams in executing technical operations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative engineering solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Engineering Design, Problem-Solving, and Technical Analysis Experience in Project Management, Team Leadership, and Cross-Functional Collaboration Strong skills in Quality Assurance, Compliance Adherence, and Process Optimization Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and tools Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred) Previous work experience in a senior engineering role
