Job Role: The site engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of the Sports Complex cum Gymnasium Building. This role involves project planning, resource management, budget control, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project. The Project Manager must ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with contractors, engineers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with blueprints, safety, and legal regulations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Manage costs, procurement, and resource allocation. Oversee quality control and risk management. Supervise site operations, workforce, and milestone tracking. Conduct final inspections, testing, and handover procedures. Implement contract management, procurement strategies, and vendor negotiations. Conduct regular site inspections, address challenges, and drive progress. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. [1] years of experience in large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project. Strong leadership & team management skills to oversee multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication & negotiation skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities to handle unexpected challenges. Knowledge of structural design, material selection, and construction techniques specific to sports facilities. Familiarity with contract management, procurement strategies, and vendor negotiations.
