Key Responsibilities Design lithium-ion battery packs using cylindrical, prismatic, or pouch cells Define series/parallel configurations for voltage, capacity, and current requirements Select and integrate suitable Battery Management Systems (BMS) Define protection logic, charge/discharge limits, balancing, and safety thresholds Prepare wiring diagrams, fuse/relay selection, and connector layouts Support mechanical and thermal design of enclosures Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, UL, and UN38.3 standards Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production transition Analyze failures and implement continuous design improvements Required Skills Strong knowledge of lithium-ion cells, BMS, SOC/SOH, and safety mechanisms Experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks Understanding of thermal behavior and battery safety standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,968.82 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
