What You Will Be Doing Using your industry and domain knowledge, create content in relevant areas. Research new upcoming trends, technology and functional features. Do a study of competitor contents and analyse their strong areas and weak areas. Write a compelling SEO targeted content for crucial topics where there is potential for growth in traffic. Attend product roadmap meetings, client meetings to keep tabs on the latest developments in the platform. Gather the latest information on newer product features and create pillar pages for such features. Advise product roadmap team on newer features and answer their questions based on the industry experience. The role will evolve to take new shape in 2 to 3 years timeframe and there will be career roadmap of growth into more analysis and consulting role on projects as well. For the first 2 to 3 years, the role will involve 90% content writing and 10% business analyst and consulting role. Be on top of the latest Product functionality and features and use the knowledge to provide demos to prospects and clients as needed What You Need Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in telecom BSS, OSS, 5G, or network infrastructure Experience as a business analyst, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, documentation, testing and commissioning Willingness to learn SEO skills that can help with writing SEO targeted content. Willingness to learn and apply new tools and formats such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, SEMrush, Jira, Postman, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP Excellent written English, storytelling skills, and the ability to make complex telecom topics easy to understand Self-starter attitude, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work well across teams Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Telecom, or related fields Prior experience writing for enterprise telecom products or platforms (B2B/SaaS) Sarathi Softech is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
