We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry. Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and sales pitches. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events as required. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, competitors, and market trends. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
