Requirements Proven graphic design experience of minimum 2 years in printing field with a strong portfolio. Excellent communication, time management skill and teamwork abilities. A diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field. Sr. Executive – Production Planning & Process Control (Food Division) To plan, coordinate, and control food production processes in line with demand forecasts, while ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning (Food Specific): Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, market demand, shelf-life, and seasonal variations. Ensure synchronization of production with procurement, QA, warehousing, and dispatch functions. Manage planning around batch production, expiry dates, and perishable raw materials. Coordinate with R&D for trial runs of new products and scale-up processes. 2. Process Control & Optimization: Monitor food processing parameters (temperature, humidity, mixing time, etc.) to maintain quality and food safety. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , HACCP , and FSSAI standards throughout the production line. Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements using Lean or Kaizen techniques. Support reduction in wastage, rework, and production cost without compromising on food quality. 3. Inventory & Resource Planning: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of perishable and non-perishable ingredients. Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to avoid stockouts or excess. Plan production around expiry dates, FIFO, and FEFO principles. Support engineering for scheduling preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime. 4. Quality & Compliance: Ensure production adheres to SOPs and food safety protocols as per FSSAI , ISO 22000 , BRC , or USFDA if applicable. Participate in food safety audits, internal inspections, and support the closure of non-conformances. Maintain detailed documentation of production runs, deviations, and corrective actions. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with QA/QC, Supply Chain, Sales, and R&D to align production goals. Act as a key contributor in new product launches , process trials, and formulation changes. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies when required.
