Purpose: To achieve a) Delivery lead time b) Customer satisfaction Roles & Responsibilities: Pre-Production Produce sample such as quotation sample having customers requirements in mind Reviewing the P.O submitted by Sales Team and converting the same into Job Work Planning production in consultation with Directors Arranging the special accessories for the new uniform according to the job work by checking inventory and materials availability Responsible for vendor identification, vendor evaluation for procurement of special accessories Ensure timely receipt of special accessories and materials on time Measurement study of consumers for customized stitching Produce sample such as pre-production sample having customers specification and requirements in mind Convey the job work details to Production Manager along with specification of accessories , fabric Measurement segregation and communication to production (size/quantity etc) Production and Post- Production Ensuring proper Coordination with in-house team(cutting, production along with quality) Ensure packing is done as per specification and supervise the same To ensure timely delivery , Identification of job-work contractor, evaluating the contractors capability Coordination with contractor for execution of Job-work Ensuring the quality of the contract work, timely completion of work and on time delivery Ensure effective dispatch coordination is done for in-house production as well as contractor job work Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat order from the customers Quality Control 1. Make sure process quality and also F G are of good quality.(Systematic quality checking) 2. Solving the Design related queries and giving the suggestion Other Responsibilities Maintaining Client Files for reference Preparing Specification sheets for Communicating vendors Any other work as required by management from time to time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The role involves handling internal HR activities, maintaining employee records, ensuring smooth office administration, and acting as the primary coordinator with the external HR Consultant for HR processes, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Coordination Serve as the point of contact between the company and the external HR Consultant for all HR-related functions. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracker, and ensure timely HR documentation. Support performance management processes as guided by HR Consultant (KRA setting, reviews, feedback sessions, etc.). Ensure HR policies are circulated, followed, and updated in consultation with the HR Consultant. Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives. Administration & Office Management Oversee general office administration including housekeeping, stationery, vendor coordination, and asset management. Manage attendance system, access controls, visitor management, and office maintenance. Coordinate travel, logistics, event arrangements, and meeting scheduling. Maintain petty cash, company bills, courier, and office expenses record. Assist in statutory documentation related to office licenses, renewals, and compliance records. Payroll & Compliance Support Compile monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Assist the HR Consultant and accounts team in payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation. Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, and compliance-related documents. Skills & Qualifications Education: MBA in HR or other relevant degree. Experience: 1–3 years of HR and Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing, garment, textile, or related sectors.
