The Cutting Master will be responsible for managing fabric cutting tasks as per designer specifications, ensuring precision and quality. The role includes marking patterns, cutting fabric according to measurements, supervising cutting operations, and maintaining inventory of cutting tools and fabrics. The Cutting Master must work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in fabric cutting, pattern making, and marking techniques Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements Excellent knowledge of different fabrics and their properties Ability to manage and supervise a team Good organizational and inventory management skills Relevant experience in the fashion industry is preferred Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
