A QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) engineer ensures a product or project meets quality standards by developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections, and identifying and solving quality issues . They are responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the process, preventing defects, and performing continuous improvement to enhance overall quality. Material Checks: Verifying materials meet specifications, are properly handled, and have received client approval. Installation & Process Checks: Ensuring work is performed to specifications, such as checking formwork dimensions and cleanliness. Testing & Commissioning: Confirming that all required tests and commissioning procedures have been followed. Site Observations: Documenting any observations or deficiencies found during site inspections. Safety Checks: Reviewing health, safety, and environmental compliance. Contractual & Design Documents: Contract Drawings & Specifications: The foundational documents outlining project requirements and standards.
