SAP UI5/Fiori Developer

Location : Bengaluru, India (Work from Office Flexible Timings).
Experience : 4- 6 Years (Minimum 3 Years in SAP UI5/Fiori Development).
Education : BE / BTech / BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced SAP UI5/Fiori Developer to join our team in Bengaluru.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UI5 application design, development, and deployment with expertise in Fiori Elements, annotations, and OData integrations.The role requires close collaboration with functional teams, backend developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and secure SAP Fiori applications.Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy custom SAP UI5 and Fiori applications in line with SAP standards.- Build applications using Fiori Elements and annotations-based development.- Extend, customize, and enhance standard Fiori applications as per business requirements.- Integrate UI5 apps with OData services and REST APIs.- Implement performance optimization and security best practices in application design.- Work with SAP Business Application Studio, Web IDE, and SAP Build Work Zone for development and launchpad configuration.- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide architectural guidance.- Explore and evaluate new SAP UI5/Fiori features, sharing insights and best practices with the team.- Collaborate with backend teams on SAP Gateway, RICEFW integration, and extensibility.- Support end-to-end application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Required Skills :
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6 within the SAP UI5 framework.- Expertise in SAP UI5 architecture, MVC design patterns, and lifecycle management.- Proven experience with Fiori Elements and annotations-based development.- Hands-on integration experience with REST APIs and OData services.- Familiarity with SAP Gateway, RICEFW concepts, and extensibility in UI5/Fiori.- Experience working with SAP Build Work Zone for launchpad and app deployment.- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
