Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP TM professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Transportation Management and excellent configuration skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and configure SAP TM modules, including Shipping and Transportation.
Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and fill in Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires.
Plan and build Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) using SAP Best Practices.
Develop and maintain key decision documentation, process flows, and authorization and security configurations.
Conduct test planning, including standard and custom objects, and manage change management processes.
Integrate SAP Freight Units and Freight Orders with ShipERP for small parcel management and carrier integration.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP TM, with a focus on Transportation and Advanced Transportation.
Strong knowledge of S/4 Experience, A&D Experience, and Integration with external Warehouse systems.
Excellent configuration and documentation skills, with the ability to plan and build Workshop A.
Strong understanding of business process owners' requirements gathering and filling in Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with route determination integration with external Warehouse systems and carrier integration.
