SAP Test Manager/Test Lead

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Testers in the capacity of SAP Test Manager/Test Lead, with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience. Your primary expertise will lie in SAP ISU Testing, particularly in SAP ISU Manual Testing. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the Testing processes for SAP ISU (IS-Utilities), collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, and developing comprehensive Test plans. Your role will involve the development and execution of Test cases and scripts to validate system functionality, as well as monitoring and reporting on Test progress while identifying any deviations from the plan. It will be crucial for you to ensure that all Testing activities are thoroughly documented and compliant with industry standards. Managing defect tracking and resolution, conducting root cause analysis for any issues identified during Testing, and working closely with Development teams for timely fixes will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will be expected to set up and maintain the Testing environment, provide regular updates to stakeholders on Testing status and potential risks, and mentor and guide junior Testers by sharing best practices. Continuous improvement of Testing processes and methodologies will be essential for this role. Experience in the utility industry is preferred for this position.
