As a SAP Syniti Consultant, you will be part of a functional team dedicated to a large SAP support and maintenance project that spans multiple SAP landscapes across different continents. Your role will require broad functional knowledge in your domain and strong technical expertise in the relevant SAP module. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in SAP Implementation projects by handling data migration activities such as data profiling, business relevancy analysis, data transformation, loading, reconciliation, and reporting. - Conduct business process analysis using SAP and other Enterprise Data Migration Tools. - Utilize your working experience in any SAP module with expertise in specific business process areas. - Perform expert level Business Analysis in SAP modules like MM, WM, FI, CO, SD, and PP. - Create and maintain SAP Data Migration/Take on plan, Data Design Document, Integration plan, and Cutover Plan. - Execute Migration Developer tasks such as SAP Data Profile Extraction, Mapping, Data Validation, Simulation, Transform Construction, web apps, and Loading using SAP ADM. - Administer Migration tasks including SAP ADM Wave/Project Setup, Project Maintenance, Data Collection, Data Monitoring, Controlling, Security Role, and Server Maintenance. - Write SQL Query, DQL, DML, DDL, Procedures, and Functions. - Perform data loading using Data Migration Cockpit. - Ensure proper documentation and RACI compliance. Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of SAP Techno-Functional or Functional experience with at least 3 full SAP implementation lifecycles. - Expert-level business process knowledge in SAP functional modules like MM, WM, FI, CO, SD, PP. - Total 10 years of experience on IT projects. - Strong knowledge in general ETL and data warehousing framework. - Proficiency in Syniti Advanced Data Migration tool ADM framework, migration developer tasks, ADM data quality, and ADM Web applications. - Knowledge in Syniti ADM Administration, focusing on Platform Infrastructure Qualification, Server Handling, project/wave Setup, database maintenance, application maintenance, and security roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL). - 3 to 5 years of Business Process experience. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related analytical/technical disciplines, or at least four years of related experience. Desirable Skills: - Basic understanding of S4 HANA data migration with a Greenfield approach. - Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile methodology. - Knowledge in Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) and Legacy Transfer Migration Object Modeler (LT MOM) and other SAP loading tools. - Understanding of RDBMS concepts and data structures. - Proficient knowledge in data migration planning, data mapping, and reporting.
