About the Role

SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure

  SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT)

  to support ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, EU Taxonomy).
• Design and maintain sustainability data models and corporate KPI dashboards.
• Perform

  Gap Analysis

  between business ESG processes and SAP SCT capabilities.
• Validate and test

  S/4HANA to SCT interfaces

  ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
• Support ESG disclosure and audit processes using SAP SCT's analytics.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align sustainability data flows with enterprise reporting.

Required Skills

• 45 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 2 years in

  Sustainability Control Tower (SCT)

  .
• Strong understanding of

  CSRD and EU Taxonomy

  frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with

  ESG KPI configuration

  and sustainability data ingestion.
• Knowledge of

  S/4HANA integration, ESG data validation, and reporting workflows.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)

  .
• Familiarity with

  SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management)

  or

  Analytics Cloud (SAC)

  for sustainability reporting.
• Experience in sustainability audits or non-financial reporting systems.
