SAP SuccessFactors Recruit & Onboarding

• SAP SF Recruit & Onboarding Implementation & Support

• ITIL Knowledge (use of ServiceNow)
• Agile – Knowledge & way of working
• Knowledge on GDPR & SARBOX
• Understanding of project management and resource planning in the context of HRIS systems
• Knowledge on integration between SF and SAP Business Technology Platform.

• Experience/ expertise in SAP SuccessFactors – Recruit & Onboarding
• Proven track record in the implementation, support, operations, and maintenance of SF Recruit & Onboarding (minimum of 3 projects/implementations).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring Recruit, Onboarding and Recruitment Marketing
• Knowledge of integration with other systems like Docusign, ExtWeb etc.,
