1. Should be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
2. Good Understanding and alignment with organizational goals and streamlining recruitment/onboarding processes.
3. To Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.
4. Collaborated with key stakeholders to define and document recruitment processes, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.
5. Conducted end-user training sessions, creating, and delivering user-friendly documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
6. Exposure to lead the workshops of requirement gathering
7. Exposure to change Management Activities for digitization like Change Agents, change management
8. Should be involved in Project Plan Preparation for upgrade and gave a demo to the business regarding the new feature.
9. Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
10. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
