Project Manager-SAP Sucessfactor EC The EC Lead will oversee the implementation of the Employee Central (EC) module in SuccessFactors projects. This role involves leading a team of consultants, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of the EC module. EC lead should have led 4-5 implementation projects Should 4-6 implementation project experience Notice period :Immediate to 1 month maximum Location: Bangalore or Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid Experience:10 to 15 years Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of the EC module, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of EC consultants, providing guidance and support. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. System Design: Develop and oversee the design and configuration of the EC module. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of the EC module implementation. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
