Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution):

  • Configure and support Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including:
  • Sales order processing
  • Pricing, billing, delivery, and invoicing
  • Output management and credit management
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SD solutions.

SAP CS (Customer Service):

  • Design and configure service processes such as:

  • Service orders, notifications, repair processing

  • Warranties and service contracts

  • Equipment and serial number management

  • Integrate CS with PM (Plant Maintenance), MM, and SD modules for seamless operations.
  • Support resource-related billing (RRB) and field service operations.

Integration & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (e.g., user exits, enhancements).
  • Ensure proper integration with SAP FI, MM, and other logistics modules.
  • Support integration with third-party tools (e.g., CRM or FSM systems).

Testing, Documentation & Support:

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-go-live support and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Create configuration documentation, training materials, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with

    SAP CS module

    .
  • Strong understanding of equipment master, service notifications, and repair processing.
  • Experience with

    SAP S/4HANA

    or ECC environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
