Title: SAP S/4HANA Release & Cutover Lead

Location: Onsite at any Infosys location

Job Type: Contract

10 years minimum SAP Systems implementation experience in a combination of functional and technical roles; must have experience with at least 6 lifecycle go-lives (2 with S4Hana - S4 Fashion experience a plus)

12 years (minimum) of IT project management or equivalent IT leadership experience.

At least 6 years experience and participation in enterprise scale release planning cycles, including global initiatives

Direct responsibility for planning and implementing multiple release cycles

Experience with iterative process development and building maturity capabilities around release planning

Experience managing a complex project plan with data conversion objects as well as manual tasks of up to 10K line items on the plan

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of Project Management principles and IT project life cycle methodologies, tools, and controls.

Able and comfortable with coordination and management of cutover tasks across teams and across systems.

Skilled in the ability to gather multiple sources of project related data and input (technical, functional); summarize and draw conclusions for release planning and cutover preparation.

Must be able to work with IT project managers and leadership to influence adoption of improved planning and scheduling techniques and to support enforcement of standards and best practices for release planning and implementation.

Extensive knowledge of the SAP suite of applications and SAP tools and methods; Solution Manager and CHaRM a plus.

Demonstrated facilitation skills working with cross-functional technical teams. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage situations or concerns that may adversely affect service delivery.

Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, excellent facilitation, and presentation skills.
