Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a techno-functional or functional lead for SAP IS-U FICA processes in end-to-end implementations.
• Participate in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects for Utilities clients.
• Provide solution design, configuration, and development guidance for FICA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business requirements and propose solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Participate in S/4HANA implementation projects, supporting design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Maintain awareness of SAP S/4HANA architecture, strategic roadmap, and industry trends.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to stakeholders during implementations.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a techno-functional or functional consultant in SAP IS-U, with a focus on FICA.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP Utilities implementations.
• Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of FICA processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
