Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Propose solutions to business users for additional requirements that may come up during UAT. Implement new functionalities or adjust configurations in S/4 HANA cloud platform based on business needs. Prepare user training material for the module of your expertise. Review training material prepared by junior consultants. Conduct user training and manage questions raised from business users. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA Public Cloud in the specific modules. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for solving issues during user training and UAT . Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual team. Ability to explain clearly how SAP functions work to users new to using SAP. Experience in user training and Q&A management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience working with international teams. SAP S/4 HANA cloud certifications.
