About the Role We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our SAP practices. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role that blends vision, execution, and deep technical expertise across a full suite of SAP modules. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, providing SAP-driven business insights. Lead the architecture and delivery of complex, multi-module SAP solutions. Drive end user satisfaction and long-term partnership development. Team Leadership & Talent Development Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of SAP consultants, architects, and developers. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaborative excellence. Establish clear roles, KPIs, and professional development plans. Financial & Practice Management Own the SAP practice P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Drive business growth through solution expansion. Monitor financial performance and implement strategic actions. Project Delivery & Quality Assurance Oversee the successful execution of SAP projects on time and within budget. Champion agile delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to quality standards. Proactively manage project risks and ensure seamless stakeholders experience. Lead initiatives to improve processes, methodologies, and tools within the SAP practice. Technology & Module Oversight Youll lead end-to-end strategy and execution for the following key SAP areas: SAP FICO: Financial reporting, period-end closing, compliance. SAP SD & MM: Order management, billing, procurement, vendor management. SAP ABAP & AMDP: Custom development, performance tuning, integration. SAP SAC & Fiori: Advanced analytics, user experience, dashboarding. SAP Basis: System administration, upgrades, performance management. SAP Security & GRC: Role management, audit readiness, risk control. Qualifications: 12-15 years in SAP with leadership across modules and technologies. Strong stakeholders management, delivery excellence, and team leadership experience. Bachelor's degree required; MBA and SAP certifications preferred.
