SAP PLM Functional Consultant

As a SAP PLM Functional Consultant with 6+ years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing SAP PLM solutions for businesses. Your responsibilities will include: - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements related to product lifecycle management. - Solution Design: Design SAP PLM solutions based on gathered requirements ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the client's specific needs. - Configuration: Configure SAP PLM modules to meet defined business processes, including product data management and change management. - Customization: Implement necessary customizations or enhancements to tailor the SAP PLM system to unique requirements. - Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems to ensure quality standards are met and business requirements are fulfilled. - Testing: Conduct thorough testing of configured PLM solutions to ensure quality standards are met and business requirements are fulfilled. - User Training: Provide training to business super users on implemented functionalities and obtain UAT sign off. - Go-Live Support: Provide 2 weeks of post go-live support for each CR in addressing issues and implementing fixes along with technical consultants. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for solution design, configurations, functional design, and test evidence documents to facilitate knowledge transfer and future system enhancements. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, AMS RUN team, and project managers to ensure successful PLM project delivery. You should have expertise in Core ABAP, OOABAP, Webdynpro/FPM, Workflow, Adobe form, CDS, AMDP, BOPF, OODATA, and Fiori. Additionally, you should be able to understand gaps in standard solutions and propose suitable workarounds or technical solutions.
