Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) processes. Your main objective will be to collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to analyze business requirements and implement strategies to enhance processes in alignment with global standards. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into build items in coordination with Business SME - Identify operational issues and propose solutions to overcome global standard roadblocks - Engage in Daily Process meetings and communicate with Business SME for clarifications - Assist in developing sprint and deliverable plans - Participate in prioritizing Build Items - Verify and validate Build Items and solutions before and during demos/testing - Serve as the Point of Contact for Build Item and Requirement clarifications during the Sprint - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs - Coordinate requirements with integrating applications - Ensure timely delivery of deliverables such as Business Process Requirements, Business Process Design Docs, and Business Process Model Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 7-10 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience working with key stakeholders to identify and address business needs Company Details: If any additional details about the company are mentioned in the job description, it is advisable to include them here.,
