Junior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PM Consultant (1-5 years) to lead our Global AMS Practice for Plant Maintenance. This strategic role combines deep technical expertise with business transformation leadership to drive operational excellence and innovation in asset management across our worldwide operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic AMS Leadership (30%)

• Define and govern enterprise-wide SAP PM standards for AMS operations
• Establish predictive maintenance analytics framework using IoT/ML technologies
• Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
• Develop multi-year technology roadmap aligned with Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Oversee team of 10+ consultants across multiple geographies

2. Complex Solution Delivery (35%)

• Architect next-generation maintenance solutions:
• AI-powered failure prediction models
• Digital twin integration for asset monitoring
• Blockchain-enabled maintenance records
• AR/VR for remote technician support
• Lead mission-critical enhancements:
• Global asset hierarchy rationalization
• Advanced maintenance scheduling algorithms
• Mobile workforce enablement at scale
• Spearhead S/4HANA PM transformation programs

3. Operational Excellence (25%)

• Implement intelligent monitoring systems with:
• Automated anomaly detection (95%+ accuracy)
• Self-healing configurations
• Real-time KPI dashboards
• Optimize end-to-end maintenance processes to achieve:
• 40% reduction in unplanned downtime
• 30% improvement in maintenance efficiency
• 50% reduction in manual documentation

4. Knowledge Leadership (10%)

• Publish industry white papers on maintenance innovation
• Represent company at SAP PHC Global conferences
• Develop next-generation PM competency framework

Technical Requirements:

Core Expertise:

• 2+ years implementing/supporting SAP PM in complex industrial environments
• 2+ years leading global AMS operations (50+ plants minimum)
• Mastery of:
• S/4HANA Asset Management including Fiori apps
• Predictive Maintenance technologies
• Advanced integration patterns with MES/EAM/CMMS
• Regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO 55000, OSHA PSM)

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Application Associate - Plant Maintenance
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
• ITIL Expert
• PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt
