SAP MM Systems Analyst

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, conducting information-gathering sessions, and documenting an accurate understanding of business requirements. You will also provide estimates, impact analyses, feasibility, and make recommendations for selecting appropriate SAP business processes. Additionally, you will develop process models, design solutions, and functional specifications. Your responsibilities will include designing test plans, executing testing, coordinating training for users, and carrying out cut-over/MTP activities. You will work in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing Processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP business processes - Provide estimates, impact analyses, and feasibility recommendations - Develop process models and design solutions based on business requirements - Design and develop test plans for unit, integration, system, or acceptance testing - Coordinate training for users and carry out cut-over/MTP activities - Work in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing Processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree required (Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or technical disciplines highly preferred) - SAP R3 Enterprise ECC 6.0 experience is required - Ideally 5+ years of SAP ERP System experience - Full lifecycle implementation/integration experience (at least 3) - Configuration skills including but not limited to configuring SAP MM settings, master data maintenance, and integration experiences with other areas such as WM, PP, SD, FICO - Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with a global user community - Superior oral and written communication skills, great interpersonal skills, flexibility, and accountability for performance The company, nVent, is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
