Address patient care issues and improve patient satisfaction metrics Communicate effectively with patients, families, and community partners. Prepare for and manage emergency situations, ensuring staff protocols are executed effectively. Develop contingency plans to address operational disruptions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools. Typically works in a hospital setting; may require occasional evening or weekend hours.
