SAP MDG/MDM - Functional Lead

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will lead the migration process from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data integrity. You will provide subject matter expertise on SAP Data Migration and guide the team in executing data cleansing activities and resolving data quality issues. Additionally, you will develop and implement migration strategies while performing data analysis, transformation, and standardization according to S/4HANA requirements. Collaboration with project managers, business users, and technical teams to address data issues will be essential, along with documenting and reporting on data quality, progress, and migration status. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. You must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Data Migration, including 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration. Strong expertise in Data Cleansing, Data Analytics, Data Profiling, and Data Migration tools is required. Experience with SAP MDG methodology and modules is advantageous, and SAP MDG certification, though preferred, is not mandatory. The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment is crucial. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
