SAP ISU ABAP (Utility Domain Experience)

As an experienced SAP ISU ABAP Consultant with expertise in the Utilities domain, your role will involve supporting the design, development, and implementation of SAP IS-U solutions. You should have deep technical ABAP development skills and hands-on experience in ISU processes such as billing, device management, meter reading, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ISU ABAP applications, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEFW). - Work on IS-U specific modules like Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, FICA, and Customer Service. - Create custom objects and enhancements for utility industry processes such as meter-to-cash (M2C). - Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. - Perform ABAP development tasks like dialog programming, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, enhancement frameworks, and OData services. - Design and implement interfaces using IDocs, ALE, RFC, and Web Services for seamless integration with external systems. - Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and performance tuning of ABAP programs to ensure optimal performance. - Provide support for end-to-end implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities for ISU projects. - Offer technical expertise in migration, upgrade, and S/4HANA transformation within the utilities domain. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ISU ABAP development within the Utilities industry. - Strong knowledge of ISU processes and modules like Billing & Invoicing, Device Management, FICA, and Customer Service. - Experience in working on utility industry processes such as meter-to-cash (M2C) will be an added advantage.
