Job Description

As a Lead SAP CAR Implementation Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in shaping your career while being supported by a collaborative community of colleagues worldwide. You will have the opportunity to lead SAP CAR implementation and integration projects, working with POS and ECC/S4 systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and supporting CAR components such as POS DTA, UDF, OAA, and Inventory Visibility. - Collaborating with business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements. - Providing post-implementation support, training, and continuous enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have: - 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP IS-Retail with a minimum of 3 years in SAP CAR. - A strong understanding of retail processes, POS data flow, and real-time analytics. - Experience with CAR modules like Unified Demand Forecast (UDF), Omnichannel Article Availability (OAA), and Inventory Visibility. - Proven success in SAP Retail and CAR project lifecycles, including rollout and support.
