SAP IBP Support Analyst

You will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution within the Supply Chain Technology team at MKS. Your role will involve: - Providing L2/L3 technical support for SAP IBP modules such as Supply, Demand, Inventory, and S&OP - Monitoring and maintaining system performance, stability, and availability - Configuring and optimizing planning models, key figures, and master data - Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, bugs, and user-reported problems - Supporting end-users with IBP-related queries and providing training - Managing system updates, patches, and enhancement implementations - Supporting monthly S&OP process and related planning activities - Participating in enhancement projects and new functionality implementations Preferred skills for this role include SAP IBP certification, experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA, proficiency in SQL and data modeling, knowledge of Python or R for planning algorithms, experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, understanding of REST APIs and web services, familiarity with agile methodologies, experience in supply chain planning tools and processes, and a strong background in Excel modeling and analytics.
