SAP IBP - Senior

Role Overview: As a SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant at EY, you will be responsible for successfully delivering business methods leveraging SAP solutions. Your role will involve providing technical support to project delivery and continuous improvement work. You will be the subject matter expert for SCM Cloud-based solutions in areas such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for IBP solution design, build, customization, testing, and deployment for various client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to address them effectively. - Utilize your subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, and Supply Planning processes, ideally with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in a client-facing role. - Demonstrate strong configuration and design skills essential for successful project delivery. - Implement SAP package solutions using relevant tools and methodologies. - Showcase well-honed SCM skills and an expert understanding of Software Configuration Management to perform complex tasks and mentor others in the configuration management effort. - Collaborate effectively as a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and a service-oriented attitude. - Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, work independently, stay self-motivated, and maintain a high level of focus. - Engage in effective communication and build relationships with customers for project and sustain related functions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM-related field of study. A Master's Degree is considered a plus. - Ability to work with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and related processes along with a client-facing role experience. - Proficiency in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies. - Strong expertise in SCM and Software Configuration Management. - Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing relationships for project and sustain functions.
