SAP IBP Manager

As an SAP IBP Manager at EY, your role will involve being responsible for the successful delivery of business methods leveraging SAP solutions. You will provide technical support to project delivery and continuous improvement work, acting as the subject matter expert for SCM Cloud-based solutions in areas such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and business processes. Your responsibilities will also include IBP solution design, build, customization, testing, and deployment for various client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing business and technical requirements to develop solutions - Demonstrating subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes - Utilizing strong configuration and design skills - Implementing SAP package solution tools and methodologies - Showcasing well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of Software Configuration Management - Collaborating effectively with team members through excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrating a service-oriented attitude with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - Working independently, being self-motivated, and highly focused - Building and maintaining customer relationships for both project and sustain related functions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or STEM-related field; Master's Degree is a plus - At least 7-9 years of experience in a similar role - Demonstrated experience in at least 1 end-to-end implementation with a client-facing role - Effective communication skills with experience in customer-facing relationships - Strong organizational skills and the ability to mentor or train others in configuration management efforts EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
