Role Overview: As an SAP HCM Functional Consultant - Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in contributing towards end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM/ECP systems for clients globally. Your key responsibility will be to provide high-quality results to multinational teams within specified timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other Functional consultants - Develop, document, and deliver solutions while adhering to EY best practices - Actively participate in the entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations, including design, estimation, development, documentation, and testing - Collaborate with experts, architects, and project managers to ensure the highest standards of delivery - Work with the business to understand their needs and coach them on appropriate solutions, as well as drive technical support teams towards efficient technical solution designs - Drive improvements and innovations in development processes, methodologies, and technology - Engage with customers during different phases of product development to ensure project success Qualification Required: - Any Graduate / Postgraduate qualification - 10+ years of experience in SAP as a Functional Consultant with good exposure to HCM/ECP Module - Development experience in HCM/ECP Module or higher is preferred - Good experience in Interface implementations - Expertise in various Enhancement Implementation options - Expertise in writing Schema & PCR - Expertise in Positive Time Management - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, IT Service Management System (preferably ServiceNow), and Testing tool - HP ALM will be an advantage - Ability to quickly understand customers" business requirements and generate new and creative ideas - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Team player with the ability to multi-task, flexibility, and work under pressure - Commitment to continuous learning and proactive implementation of the latest technologies Company Details: At EY, you will have the opportunity to build a career tailored to your unique strengths, with global support, an inclusive culture, and cutting-edge technology to help you become the best version of yourself.
